My therapeutic goal is to empower people to help themselves. I am a licensed clinician in Texas, working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. With 15 years of experience in education across multiple K–12 campuses, I have also served as a school counselor and hold a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

I believe that you are the expert on your own story, and you already have many strengths that will help you overcome life’s challenges. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I am proud of you for taking the initiative.

My approach to therapy

My Therapeutic goal is to help people help themselves. I am licensed in Texas and work with children, adolescents, Teens, and adults. I taught for 15 years at multiple K - 12 Campuses, as a K 12 School Counselor, a Nationally Certified LPC, and a School Psychologist. You are the expert on your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Clients can gain insights into their experiences and better understand themselves and their wants. Clients can learn how to process emotions, change harmful behaviors, improve communication skills, and enhance mindfulness. Clients can gain skills and tools to address their concerns and goals
