I am a neurodivergent therapist who has been practicing for 20 years. I have always been drawn to and supportive of other humans that color outside of the lines. Prioritizing yourself by seeking help is huge and I would be honored to support you on your therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapeutic support through a trauma-informed, gender affirming, and culturally sensitive lens. My goal is to meet you where you are while helping you build a life that is meaningful to you. My approach is always strengths-based. I integrate from various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
