Great to meet you!

Welcome! I specialize in pediatric and adult eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, managing chronic illness, working with creatives, ADHD, parenting struggles and perinatal mood disorders. I have over 20 years of experience treating mental health disorders using the most effective kinds of treatment in a variety of different settings and a background in creative arts therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am endlessly curious and open-minded. I love working collaboratively and see myself as down-to-earth, direct and pragmatic in my approach. My goal is to help you feel better quickly. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps you to learn about yourself and apply new ways of thinking and acting in your day-to-day life.

I help people focus on their goals and strengths in the first session and throughout treatment. This is a creative process which is individualized. You can expect to feel empowered and confident as you move into your future.
