Great to meet you!

My vision has always been to create an inviting environment to explore and understand what it is you're searching for in yourself to be the best you can be and to have that better life for yourself. Therapy should be a support that you can go to when you are feeling sad, angry, fearful, hate, happiness, and any other emotion you feel comfortable in talking about. This is a time in your life to have that space to be open and real with yourself and I can be the person who will open those doors and lend a helping hand.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults. My techniques revolve around an eclectic approach, which include gestalt therapy, solution-focused approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, and play therapy to help process feelings and emotions through self-expression and creativity.

I am currently in training under a consultant to be a certified EMDR therapist to assist in processing any trauma you may be experiencing.
