Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Arizona, with experience supporting individuals across many stages of life. While my earlier work included a range of populations and settings, my practice is now focused exclusively on working with adults. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions, offering support during times of stress, uncertainty, and change.

My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I bring a thoughtful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to my work, creating a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight, and build resilience at a pace that feels right for them.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, nonjudgmental, and flexible approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. Rather than relying on a single method, I tailor my work to each individual, drawing from a blend of therapeutic approaches such as Supportive Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to best support your goals and growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll gently gather some background information and learn more about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You’re welcome to share only what you feel ready to share—building a strong therapeutic relationship takes time, and there’s no rush.
