Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, family conflict, or major life transitions leave you questioning how to move forward. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from the person you want to be, or stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve you. No matter how long you've been carrying those struggles, meaningful change is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, family issues, stress management, and women's issues. With more than 20 years of experience, I work with adults because I believe everyone deserves a compassionate space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and create lasting change that supports your emotional wellbeing and everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while giving you practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. We'll work together to explore the experiences, thoughts, and emotions influencing your life, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience. My approach incorporates Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Experiential Therapy because every client deserves an approach that reflects their unique goals, values, and experiences. Together, we can work through ADHD, grief and loss, physical health concerns, relationship issues, temper management, behavioral concerns, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and depression, always tailoring therapy to your individual needs and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and respected from the very first session. I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and genuine curiosity while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with confidence. Whether you're hoping to better manage anxiety, strengthen your relationships, cope with loss, navigate a major life transition, or simply feel more like yourself again, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more hopeful, more resilient, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting you long after therapy ends.
