Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), and a certified perinatal mental health expert with 10+ years of experience. I have success with patients who suffer from depression, anxiety, self-esteem and boundaries issues, occupational problems, family conflict, a history of childhood/intergenerational trauma, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach because it allows treatment to be flexible and interventions can be tailored based on the needs of the individual. I use evidence-based practices which include CBT, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, and object-relations therapy. This allows us to work on the past, present, and future.

What you can expect from me

Expect to develop a strong working relationship where we can have in-depth conversations. We will learn more about you and your triggers. Prepare to strategize so we can find solutions to reduce your emotional distress. Sometimes, therapy can be stressful and emotional, but there will also be fun and celebratory moments.
