Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Dr. Amy Loarie, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in California with over 25 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have provided mental health services in the community, within the jail system, in the hospital setting, and have provided support to various first responder professionals.

My approach to therapy

Treating and working with those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and general day to day life stress is my specialty. I aim to provide a supportive, open, and safe space to process, explore, and to help both guide and challenge you to gain the tools and confidence needed to face life's challenges. We will work together to identify your individual treatment goals and I will use several different therapeutic approaches to best help you achieve those goals. Your openness and motivation to grow will play a key role in successfully achieving your goals. Let's do this!

What you can expect from me

My hope for our time together is that you feel safe, supported, challenged, and grow stronger and more confident as you take on life's challenges. May you walk through life with kindness and grace for yourself and others.
