Great to meet you!

Have you encountered narcissistic abuse? Would you like to discuss past trauma and explore relationship patterns? Do you want to move forward with greater confidence?

I enjoy helping with both day-to-day stressful issues and also crisis or acute presentations. Some people need help adjusting assertiveness, communication, self-esteem and boundaries to improve well-being. Others need help identifying a diagnosis, learning coping skills or receiving education on what's happening in their mind/ body.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm and creative approach, but I also take an empowering and active role to help promote growth for clients. I like to observe what's important to clients, such as spirituality, philosophy, astrology, culture and orientation.

What you can expect from me

I believe clients will have challenged themselves to dive deep into emotional areas they have neglected, in a safe space. and will feel greater freedom to function in life.
