Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Amy Lukowski. I am a licensed psychologist and thoroughly enjoy actively collaborating with individuals to reach their goals. I work with patients living with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and relationship and work challenges. I teach practical skills that help you improve your quality of life. I look forward to working together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to use evidence-based treatments. My primary clinical practice is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles and skills, while also incorporating techniques from other evidence-based practices such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience collaborative, active, and respectful sessions. Clients will leave sessions feeling empowered to know that they are the expert in their life. They will also leave sessions with new or previously learned practical skills that they can use in their everyday lives to help them reach their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
