I’m an LPC and national certified counselor with a master’s degree in mental health counseling & over 14 yrs experience providing therapy community mental health, private practice, & schools. I’m skilled at assessing and DSM diagnosis. I complete nexus letters for veterans seeking disability benefits from the VA. I complete court-approved mental health evaluations and psychological evaluations. I complete immigration evaluations for those needing extreme hardship waiver, VAWA, T Visa, and U Visa assessments. I provide trauma-informed & evidence-based therapy in my practice. Sessions will take place online on my HIPAA compliant platform or by phone. I can see clients who are located anywhere in Georgia (GA) and South Carolina (SC) at the time of our session. I get evaluations done quickly and accurately with competitive pricing. My therapeutic niche is working with women who have trauma and narcissistic abuse histories.

I use an integrated, trauma-informed, evidence-based, person-centered, and cognitive behavior therapy approach, pulling techniques from other approaches as needed to help my clients move forward. I assign homework as appropriate, like to incorporate activities into sessions, and may recommend books for clients to read.

IIn our first session I will gather your history, and we will develop at least one treatment plan goal together. Clients can expect therapy to commence immediately as I will provide a safe environment for them to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Clients will take away a deeper understanding of their experiences and be able to grieve when needed.
