Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Drug & Alcohol Counselor with 8 years of experience working with adults. I specialize in substance use disorders, crisis intervention, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders — areas I approach with both clinical rigor and genuine compassion. I work exclusively through telehealth, which means you can connect with me from wherever you feel most at ease. My practice is intentionally small, so I can give each person the focused time and attention they deserve. I come to this work having seen the real impact that burnout, stigma, and lack of support can have — and I believe everyone deserves care that meets them where they are.

My approach to therapy

I believe that change is possible for every person — even when it feels far away. My approach is collaborative and individualized: I take time to understand your full story before we begin exploring strategies together. Whether you're working through addiction and recovery, managing intense emotions, navigating a crisis, or dealing with depression and anxiety, I meet you where you are without judgment. I draw on evidence-based practices and tailor my methods to what actually works for you as a unique individual, not just a diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. I'll ask questions to understand your history, your current situation, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but you set the pace. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with right away. My goal is simple: I want you to leave feeling heard, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call first, so you can get a feel for whether we're a good fit before committing to anything.
