I have training in clinical psychology as well as theology. I provide a holistic perspective and support in areas of body, mind, soul, spirit. I am solution-oriented, open-minded and creative. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings with diverse ages and cultures. I hope to foster a sense of emotional safety and security so clients may be vulnerable enough to be assertive as well as become the best version of themselves. I hope that clients will not struggle to survive but thrive and establish balance in physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in may different modalities of therapy and tend to be eclectic and integrative in practice. Client-centered focus, solution-focused, CBT, psycho-dynamic. Sessions may also include: mindfulness exercises, meditation, movement, essential oils, and sound therapy

I strive to create an environment fiiled with warmth, emotional safety, creativity, and exploration of all aspects of the self. I hope to foster growth and fulfillment in areas of body, mind, soul, and spirit. Looking at strengths and weaknesses, expectiations and goals, intentions and behaviors, allows for an in depth intake and perspective on each individual client.
