Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and ADHD. I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD. I have worked with clients from many different backgrounds and life experiences, and I understand that each person’s challenges are unique. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being open and understood while we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatments. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies to help clients better understand and respond to difficult thoughts and emotions. Together, we focus on building awareness, developing effective coping tools, and reducing patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to help you build resilience and develop skills that support lasting growth both in and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and begin telling your story in a supportive environment. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will also begin identifying the goals you would like to work toward. From there, therapy becomes a collaborative process where we create a plan and take meaningful, step-by-step actions toward the changes you want to see in your life.
