Great to meet you!

Please call today for a brief phone introduction to see if we're the right fit. 727-403-3165

I help clients build emotional resilience, including recovering from and protecting themselves against high-conflict personalities and narcissistic abuse. Engaging with these types of individuals can be deeply destabilizing, and healing from these experiences takes care, clarity, and the right support. Together, we’ll work to help you become “narcissist-proof”—grounded in your own self-worth, empowered to set healthy boundaries, and free to live on your own terms.

By identifying your strengths and tapping into your inner resources, we’ll create a plan that is both realistic and transformative. I offer a free introductory phone call so you can see if we’re the right fit.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With your goals in mind, we’ll create a new direction to help you reach your fullest potential. Whether you're looking to strengthen relationships, develop new coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, grief, or illness, or navigate major life transitions, we will chart a course that brings more clarity, peace, and fulfillment to your life.

I have supported individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult challenges, including trauma, grief, serious illness, mental health struggles within the family, and recovery from narcissistic or high conflict personality abuse. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and rooted in both clinical training and real-life experience.

What you can expect from our first session

I will listen deeply to your narrative to find ways to work with your strengths and support healthier habits going forward. With a solution focused approach, I will send you home with new skills to practice so that you are working towards your goals both inside and outside of therapy.
