Great to meet you!

I am passionate about personal empowerment, growth, and supporting others on their paths. I have over a decade of experience working with children who have/identify with neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), as well as other factors affecting mental health and wellness such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ODD, anger, grief/loss. I also support those going through major life transitions such as becoming a parent, separation, career changes and other forms of loss/grief.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative therapy approach, using various methods to fit your needs and personality; always leveraging your personal strengths, intuition and self-empowerment. My goal is always to create a safe space to learn, explore choices and make changes at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect for me to offer a safe and warm space to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. By the end of our session, my goal is for you to feel a stronger sense of self security and have one tangible tool, strategy or new perspective that you can use in your daily life.
