Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Amy Monreal, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples find healing and connection. Maybe you are in a relationship where conflict is difficult to navigate, and you feel stuck in patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and alone. It can be hard to navigate these patterns on our own. I believe every person deserves healing and relationships that are safe, supportive, and loving.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative –I honor your background, values, and strengths as we work together towards your goals.

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Therapy techniques with couples to help improve connection and address underlying issues.

I also integrate other evidence-based approaches such as Brainspotting, and Somatic Therapy to support healing that requires additional work beyond talk-therapy.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore we will take time to understand what works best for you and the types of challenges and support that you need in order to reach the goals you set during our work together.
