Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about making mental health support feel safe, welcoming, and free of judgment. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of settings, supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, and women's issues. I am a bilingual therapist, and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I also am a strong ally of the LGBTQ+ community. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and know that you are truly heard.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience where you feel supported, understood, and respected. I use approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy based on your individual needs and goals. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you while focusing on the changes you want to make. Most importantly, I want you to feel safe being open and honest without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your experiences, what you’re hoping to work on, and what support may be most helpful for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Just come as you are—I’ll meet you where you’re at, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
