I have 20+ years of professional experience helping clients in many different areas of mental health and substance abuse. My approach is rooted in empathy and utilizes evidence-based practices and tools to empower you. This work is more than a profession for me; it's a passion to contribute to a world where everyone feels safe and valued.

I work with individuals of all ages who are navigating LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, and ADHD, family conflicts, and depression. I work to help you live the most fulfilling, authentic life possible, with warmth, compassion and occasionally humor. My approach is grounded in empathy, and I offer practical, evidence-based tools to help you thrive. In our early sessions, you can anticipate feeling a sense of support, gaining clarity, and developing a positive direction forward.
