Great to meet you!

Our worlds on the inside and outside can be overwhelming, leaving us with intense emotion that is difficult to manage, understand and process. Perhaps you are left feeling worried, paralyzed, over-thinking decisions, or losing motivation?

My approach to therapy

The care I provide seeks to build upon the strengths and resiliency of each individual, using a culturally-competent lens in exploring these strengths. I work with patients to treat depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges, as well as questions surrounding identity (racial, sexual, gender), and transitions through life-stages. I help patients process highly painful experiences, in a safe environment that we will create and maintain throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My clinical experience and knowledge enhance my pragmatic therapeutic work -- offering an individualized approach to each patient.

I would like to help you develop hope and positive curiosity about your inner life and the opportunities for growth and healing that lie before you. I look forward to the opportunity to guide you along this path!
