Great to meet you!

How do you see life? Is it more about the journey or the destination? For me, it's about the journey, and we're all learning as we go. I've learned some interesting things about people and what makes us tick and I like to use my knowledge, experience, and gifts to help people realize their own strengths to achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

Sessions may be easy or difficult, depending on how hard you want to work. You've got your own road map of who you are and where you're going. I think we're products of our histories and some parts can be built on while other parts can be re-written. Usually by a third session we can decide if you want to work together or seek a different avenue. Either way, I would like to meet you and share how I might help you assess the facts at this crossroad in life.

What you can expect from me

Success means self-discovery and self-acceptance, leading to life empowerment and satisfaction in one's home, one's work, one's mind, and one's heart.

In the first two sessions, you do all the talking! It's your chance to tell me all about you and what you're hoping to work on or find out about. We'll begin to take a look into what makes you unique. Afterwards, we'll tackle whether we want to move forward and what that might look like!
