Great to meet you!

Dedicated and experienced therapist with 18 years of clinical practice specializing in children, addiction, and trauma. Credentialed as an LPCC, LICDC, and OCPC, I bring a strong foundation of clinical expertise combined with genuine compassion and care. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach combines evidence-based frameworks to provide a holistic, person-centered, and action-oriented experience. It merges the structure of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the emotional regulation of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the motivational enhancement of Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the future-focused goal setting of Solution-Focused Therapy, all delivered within a Trauma-Informed (TI) framework.

What you can expect from me

The primary focus of the first session is on assessment, building rapport, and establishing safety. Rather than diving immediately into deep trauma work, the therapist will act as a collaborator to understand your current challenges and assess your readiness for change.
