Great to meet you!

I work primarily with teens and women to heal from experiences that have negatively impacted them, especially trauma that shows up in relationships, parenting, and self-image. If we work together, I want you to know that you will be met with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find new ways to move forward with greater confidence and connection.

I offer a hybrid practice, providing virtual sessions from anywhere in Montana and North Dakota, as well as limited in-person availability in Polson, MT. If you are ready for therapy that focuses on shifting the roots rather than just managing symptoms, I am here to support you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and incredibly real. Because I specialize in treating trauma, my practice is deeply trauma-informed and attachment-focused. I am EMDR-trained and utilize this modality alongside parts work whenever it is helpful for your healing process. By integrating these approaches, we can better understand the protective roles inside of you and actively help your nervous system find safety again. Our goal is to go beyond surface-level coping strategies to foster deep, lasting transformation that allows you to break old cycles and show up authentically in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is a significant step, and I want our first meeting to feel like a genuine, supportive conversation. When we sit down together, whether online or in my Polson office, my focus is entirely on understanding what brought you through the door and what you hope to achieve. We will explore your current challenges and history at a pace that feels completely safe for your nervous system. There is no pressure to dive into painful memories immediately. Instead, we will use this initial time to build a solid foundation of trust and collaboratively outline a roadmap to help you reclaim your sense of self.
