Great to meet you!

I am a social worker and grief counselor, with over 6 years experience working with bereaved clients. I am also a director of mental health education for a grief focused non-profit, creating programs that educate on grief & loss awareness. While grief is my main focus, I hold a special place in my heart for all life transitions, including job/career changes, spiritual adjustments/abuse, and relationship losses.

My approach to therapy

My overall approach is warm and compassionate, balancing empathy with gentle challenge. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood, while also exploring the thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back. I am earnest in my work, but not in a heavy way. I believe healing can happen in moments of honesty, connection, and even lightness.

What you can expect from me

Above all, I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your perspective as we walk together through the challenges of grief and life’s transitions.
