Great to meet you!

What you should know about me as your provider is that I am genuinely curious about who you are, how you see the world, and what makes you, you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all templates, and I certainly don’t expect you to have it all figured out. When you sit down with me, your story is safe, your quirks are welcome, and you will always be met with acceptance and a listening ear. We are in this together, and I’m ready to listen whenever you're ready to share.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: I provide a safe, relaxed space where you can bring your whole, authentic self—whimsy, chaos, and all. I find that a healthy dose of open-mindedness (and occasionally finding the humor in life’s absolute absurdity) goes a long way in healing. Through collaborative medication management and practical strategy-building, we will work together to quiet the noise and help you build a more balanced, manageable path forward.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, we’ll look at the whole picture. While medication can be a wonderfully supportive tool to help stabilize the ground beneath your feet, we’ll also gently explore the daily habits, routines, and patterns that might be quietly fueling your symptoms. There’s zero judgment here—life is messy, and we all have habits that don't serve us. Together, we’ll figure out what’s working, what isn't, and how to make sustainable changes that actually fit your life.
