Great to meet you!

I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience helping individuals feel their best and navigate life's challenges. I received my medical education at Duke University, and my specialized training in Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins. I provide psychiatric assessments and treatment that may include therapy and/or medication as appropriate.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach care in a collaborative manner, where every client is treated as an individual. I take the time to understand your background, current lifestyle, health status, and goals to tailor your treatment plan and optimize outcomes. I provide recommendations and options beyond just prescriptions, and take the time to ensure that you feel informed and comfortable with the plan.

I enjoy working with and supporting people from all backgrounds.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to feel empowered to improve your own health and well-being. Our work together is always collaborative, and I welcome your questions and encourage you to share your preferences and goals for your treatment.
