Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 13 years of experience in mental health and foster care/adoption settings. I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges that can arise before, during, and after the foster care or adoption process. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, collaborative approach that combines practical tools like CBT with a supportive space to process your experiences. In foster care and adoption work, I focus on attachment, transitions, and trauma-informed strategies, offering practical tools you can apply in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more supported and confident as you move through this journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll begin to identify what you’d like to get out of therapy and outline a plan that feels manageable and supportive. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood.
