Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed Counseling Psychologist in both Kansas and Missouri. I've worked with clients across the behavioral healthcare system in various types of settings. Therefore, I've been able to gain experience working with clients at all stages of change, from those in acute distress, to those who are seeking to maintain and/or improve their overall well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tend to approach psychotherapy with individuals, couples, and groups from a cognitive behavioral perspective. However, I've become more eclectic over time, pulling from multiple therapeutic approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

There's no one answer to that question in my opinion. I work with each client to determine what THEIR true goals actually are, then help them learn and practice action steps to move toward those goals.
