Great to meet you!

You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stretched thin trying to manage everything on your own. Anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic stress, or major life transitions can quietly affect every part of your life, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward. At times, it may feel like you’re constantly carrying the emotional weight of everything around you while still trying to show up for work, family, and daily responsibilities. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered to begin healing in a healthier and more sustainable way.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, stress management, parenting concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences impact their daily lives and relationships. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, and family systems approaches to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and create healthier patterns moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe environment where you can openly process what’s been weighing on you without fear of judgment. I believe healing happens when clients feel emotionally safe while also being empowered to grow and move toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more supported, self-aware, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
