Great to meet you!

Do you feel trapped by intrusive thoughts, overwhelming anxiety, or the heavy weight of past trauma? Perhaps your emotions feel like a rollercoaster, or your relationships are strained by patterns that feel impossible to break. You deserve more than just "getting by"—you deserve a life of purpose and peace. Whether you are navigating the complexities of Borderline Personality Disorder, struggling with OCD, or seeking relief from PTSD, I am here to help you regain your inner peace.

You are the expert on your own life; together, we will harness your unique strengths to move past the pain and build a future where you truly thrive.

My specialties are anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I provide individual therapy, group skills training, case consultation, workshops, professional training, and clinical supervision.

My job is to empower you to explore your understanding of your life, and to assist you with harnessing your strengths and create the life you want. I would love to hear from you to see if I am a good fit to help you in your healing journey.
