Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here and taking the time to explore investing in your well-being.

My role is to meet you where you are and bring my knowledge, experience, and curiosity to a very special relationship called the therapeutic alliance. Together, we'll discuss, explore, and make sense of the challenges you're facing while working toward the growth and change you hope to create.

While specialties and therapeutic approaches can be helpful, research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. For that reason, I believe finding a therapist you genuinely connect with is one of the most important parts of the process.

My approach to therapy

Together we can begin creating a life beyond the cycles that no longer serve you. Even when situations feel like they are looping and you find yourself having the same arguments, worries, or self-doubts over and over again, there is a way forward.

I believe I can most help by helping you create an understanding of your inner world and by helping you untangle those patterns and the knots that so often show up in your neck, shoulders, back, and stomach.

We'll explore not only what you think, but also what your body may have been trying to communicate through tension, anxiety, exhaustion, or overwhelm.

Over time, therapy can help you develop a different relationship with yourself—one rooted in greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and trust. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself and others, with less anxiety, less confusion, and less pain, and with a deeper understanding of who you are and how you want to move through the world.

What you can expect from me

Many people ask what to expect from therapy, and while I can explain the process, I also believe that some of the most meaningful parts of therapy cannot be fully predicted in advance.

Therapy is, in many ways, an exploration. Together, we become curious about your experiences, your relationships, your emotions, and the patterns that shape your life. Rather than rushing toward answers, we create space to ask better questions and develop a deeper understanding of what is happening beneath the surface.

While we may identify goals and work toward meaningful change, I don't believe therapy is about following a rigid formula. Each person brings a unique story, and part of the process is discovering what healing, growth, and a meaningful life look like for you.
