Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist in the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with active credentialing in CT and MA. I have worked in public service through schools and state agencies for over 15 years, including public schools, outpatient clinics, and psychiatric residential settings.

I have been involved in state association leadership and advocacy efforts for several years, and serve as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at various universities for both graduate and undergraduate psychology courses.

My approach to therapy

My practices emphasize client-centered and targeted intervention. In my direct therapeutic work with clients, I integrate eclectic therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and Expressive Arts therapy techniques. Treatment is always delivered through a trauma and attachment-informed lens.

My extended professional interests include executive coaching for adolescents and young adults, mindfulness as intervention for anxiety and trauma-based disorders, consultation, supervision of therapeutic providers and evaluators, and promotion of cross-agency collaboration to ensure a continuum of care.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful long and short-term goals that will guide them toward developing stronger self-awareness and adopting new skills to address areas of personal concern. I will support you in engaging in healthy self-reflection, decision-making, problem-solving, and assertive communication to improve overall quality of life and relationships.
