Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm Amy, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, older individuals, and families navigating life's challenges. I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, ADHD, addiction, domestic abuse, family conflict, parenting challenges, women's issues, LGBTQ+ identity, and more. I'm open to working with all populations and creating a space where you feel truly heard.

Are you searching for a place where you can explore your inner world, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change, even when the path forward feels uncertain? Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I meet you where you are. Together, we'll identify your strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

I'm passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment tailored to each individual's needs. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and practicing Tai Chi and meditation, practices that remind me of the importance of balance, patience, and self-care in our daily lives.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach, drawing on CBT, DBT, and other proven modalities to help clients build emotional stability and lasting coping skills. I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, creating a collaborative, personalized experience that supports real and sustainable growth.

My goal is to help you develop the tools you need to navigate difficult seasons and work toward long-term growth. I believe therapy works best when it's a partnership, so we'll work together to find what fits your life, your values, and your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. We'll talk through what brought you in, what you're hoping to work on, and any questions you have about the process. There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of how we'll move forward together.

Seeking support is a courageous first step, and you don't have to take it alone. If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to connect. Reaching out is the first step toward the life you deserve.
