Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work and experience supporting adults through a variety of life challenges and transitions. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the impact of difficult or painful experiences. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can be yourself without feeling that you need to have all the answers or hold everything together. I value your experiences, strengths, culture, and the many roles that make you who you are. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you as we build greater self-awareness, recognize patterns, draw on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and centered on you as a whole person. Together, we explore not only what you are experiencing now, but also the patterns, relationships, past experiences, thoughts, and emotions that may be influencing how you feel and respond today. I meet you where you are in each session, taking time to understand what is happening beneath the surface so we can focus on what feels most meaningful and helpful in that moment. I integrate different therapeutic approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness, based on your individual needs. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, discover new ways of responding to challenges, and create changes that feel meaningful and authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore whether we are a good fit. I will invite you to share what brought you to therapy and what feels important to you, including your current concerns, experiences, relationship with yourself and others, and what you hope may be different in your life. You do not need to come in with everything figured out or even with clearly defined goals. My priority is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. From there, we can begin identifying what you would like to work toward and develop a direction for therapy that feels meaningful to you.
