Great to meet you!

You're probably the one everyone calls when things fall apart, and somehow you're always fine. Except you're not, not really. I work with women who manage everyone else's feelings and forget they have their own, who say yes when they mean no, and who replay conversations long after everyone else has moved on to something new.

Expect some cheeky truth-telling along the way. I'll probably say something you don't love hearing, and something you don't give yourself credit for.

I've spent over 15 years helping women build boundaries that actually hold, relationships that don't require them to disappear, and a stronger sense of who they are underneath all the roles they play.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and direct, blending attachment-focused work, CBT, Brainspotting, and somatic tools, because real change happens in the mind and the body, not just in an hour of talking about it. I won't just nod along with you, agreement isn't the same as help. You're the expert on your life, I'm just the one willing to say the thing you already suspect but haven't said out loud yet. Sessions with me feel less like a script and more like an actual conversation, because that's usually where the real work starts.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about slowing down enough to get a real sense of what's been feeling heavy or hard to carry. There's no pressure to have it all explained or organized before you log in, we start wherever you are, whether that's overwhelm, exhaustion, overthinking, or just a sense that something feels off.

I'll ask questions that get past the surface, about your patterns, what you've been carrying for other people, and what you're hoping things could feel like instead. Somewhere in there, I'll probably name something you hadn't quite put into words yet, or notice something you're already doing well, even if you didn't think it was worth mentioning.

You should leave that first session feeling understood, a little less alone in what you've been carrying, and with a real sense of how we'll work together going forward.
