Great to meet you!

As an LPC, and a Board Certified Telemental Health Clinician, I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the pursuit of healthy relationships. For the past 10 years I have predominately worked with college aged students. In the last 2 years I have expanded my focus to include all ages and stages of adults, military and first responders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love getting to know my clients and a little about their backstory. You are the expert on your life so I want to learn those things from you. We will work together to see what therapeutic modality would be the best fit. I am trained in a variety of approaches to include EMDR therapy which can be helpful for reducing symptoms caused by trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

I view our first session as a chance for us to get to know each other and to learn about your life, and your goals for therapy. Along with me getting to know you and a little bit about your story, you get to ask questions, set goals, and decide if we will be a good fit. I view this as an interview for the position of being the person who gets to earn your trust and walk beside you towards your goals.
