Great to meet you!

I believe that change and growth happen within a safe and secure relationship. I see symptoms as meaningful, often serving a deeper purpose, and I approach them with curiosity and compassion to help you explore what they may be trying to communicate.

My approach to therapy

I’m passionate about working with adults who have experienced dysfunctional family dynamics and relationship challenges. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, OCD, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ experiences including coming out later in life, religious harm, and relational distress. I also work with children and caregivers navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD, and I actively involve caregivers to support parental concerns and strengthen healthy parent-child attachment.

What you can expect from me

At the core of my work is a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and strengths-based approach. I tailor treatment to meet your unique needs. With adults, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness practices, and somatic based approaches. With children, I incorporate Theraplay, experiential play, and both directive and nondirective play therapy.

I am committed to ongoing learning around culturally sensitive approaches and actively unlearning personal racial and ethnic biases. As a member of the Queer community, I deeply believe in the transformative power of community and connection.
