Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual LMFT, located in sunny Central Valley. I am an EMDR-trained therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on creating a safe space where clients can heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy has been described as easy to talk to and genuine. You'll have a safe, nonjudgmental space to laugh, cry, vent, and grow all from the comfort of your home. I meet clients where they are, offering validation, support, and practical tools for meaningful change. You may even meet Cleo, my Sphynx therapy cat, virtually!

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake where I ask questions and complete an assessment to understand your history, strengths, and goals. We also use this time to see if we are a good fit for each other, if so, the next 2–3 initial sessions focus on building trust and getting to know each other, because therapy is a relationship and you deserve to feel comfortable before we dive into deeper work.
