Amy Scarborough

• Amy has a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Education from Stephen F. Austin State University. Amy enjoys helping couples grow in their marriage by resolving conflict and managing major stressors in their relationship. Amy also has experience working with individuals battling anxiety, depression and relationship issues. She enjoys working with teens, children, individuals, and couples.

My approach to therapy includes providing judgment free ad warm environment using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution based therapy and person centered therapy techniques.

Clients can expect to feel heard, validated and challenged.
