Great to meet you!

HI! Thanks for reading my profile. I graduated from Wayne State University with a Masters in Counseling. My professional roles have included special education teacher, and counselor. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and parents. My education and career path, coupled with my life experiences have molded me into the person and counselor I am today.

My approach to therapy

I work with people in various stages of their lives who are struggling with issues such as anxiety or depression. I come along side people to help navigate them through life's challenges by gaining insight into themselves mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. This insight can help people grow and live their best life.

What you can expect from me

After counseling client will hopefully take away new insights about themselves and the issues that they are facing. Clients can learn how to manage and cope with problems in a healthy and effective way.
