Great to meet you!
Hi! I’m a therapist who genuinely loves helping people create positive, lasting change in their lives. I offer a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s getting in the way and work together to move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from Westfield State University and Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory — understanding the “why” behind our struggles — but it’s also very practical and solutions-focused. I’m trained in CBT and DBT, and I often draw on mindfulness to help you build awareness, compassion, and real tools for change.
