Great to meet you!

I am well-trained in couples and family therapy as well as individual relationship issues. I have expertise in domestic abuse issues, anger management problems, substance abuse

behaviors and anxiety and stress related episodes. My multi-faceted approach to wellness includes many modalities and I am devoted to the total health and well-being of all individuals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, with a strong emphasis on cognitive-behavioral modalities and client-focused therapy. I specialize in couples counseling, anger management, stress management and anxiety. I am a trained clinical hypnotherapist and I've co-authored an 8 hr online Anger Management program, to identify unhealthy automatic behaviors. I am committed to empowering my clients to achieve their best lives through personal growth and development.
