Great to meet you!

Hi there, I am a Mom of an 8 year old who received my Masters in Social Work in 1999 and became certified in Health & Life Coaching. I have worked in hospitals for 20+ yrs as well as working privately.

I'm easy to talk to and like to kindly challenge my clients to step out of their comfort zone.

I enjoy working with all kinds of people so if you are able- bodied, disabled, dealing with loss, struggling with a chronic condition, new to therapy or comfortable with therapy - I believe in my clients!

My approach to therapy

I tend to use a psychoanalytic approach with a lot of strengths perspective wrapped in there.

I do attempt to meet the client where they are at, but with my coaching background I try to ease a client into getting out of their comfort zone at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Insights about themselves, new perspectives, some practical suggestions, Self-Reiki (if they want to learn it), and definitely someone who listen very well and be their biggest fan
