I provide a supportive space for adults navigating a multitude of challenges including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety and depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, individual and family conflict, and chronic pain and health challenges, including complicated medical conditions and terminal illness. My goal is to meet you with empathy, respect, and practical tools to help you find balance and resilience.
