Great to meet you!

I have been a social worker for over 30 years and a licensed clinician over 20 years. Finding balance, managing work stress, getting relief from depression, anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed is something I think is obtainable. Healing from trauma is something that can be done in a safe way at a pace you are comfortable with.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership. I bring my clinical expertise and you bring a profound knowledge of who you are and were you want to go.

What you can expect from our first session

After each session, you will feel heard and have a plan of next steps to move you towards things you have set out to accomplish in therapy.
