Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amy — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 23 years of experience helping adults build confidence, manage anxiety, and find clarity in their next steps. I believe mental health is the foundation for happiness and stability. I earned my Doctor of Social Work from the University of California and my Master’s from Loyola University Chicago.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. Every client’s story is unique, and together we’ll create an approach that fits you. Whether you’re managing ADHD, depression, or simply feeling stuck in life decisions, we’ll work toward building confidence, focus, and balance.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session is a space for you to share what’s been on your mind and define the goals you want to reach. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect — helping you unpack challenges, build insight, and take clear steps forward. My goal is for therapy to feel like progress, not pressure.
