Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of helping people work through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I received my graduate degree from Fordham University and am committed to providing a caring, judgment-free environment where clients feel genuinely listened to and supported. Together, we identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it helps to have someone alongside you who can offer perspective, support, and guidance. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, or life transitions, I will help you better understand what's getting in your way while developing effective tools to help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a conversation. It's a chance for you to tell your story, ask questions, and share what has been weighing on you. There is no expectation that you'll have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel listened to, respected, and supported as we begin working together.
