Great to meet you!

It's never too late to change your story. Whether you're working toward recovery, managing your mental health, or both, you don't have to do it alone.

I'm a therapist with 27 years of experience supporting adults through substance and alcohol use, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional weight that comes with them. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work — which means I understand recovery from the inside as well as the clinical side. I also support women navigating the mental health challenges of infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum season.

My style is warm and collaborative, but I'll also gently challenge you, because real, lasting change asks something of us. Together, we'll clarify your goals, build resilience, and help you move forward with genuine confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates multiple evidence-based methods, drawing on both professional training and lived experience. Depending on what you need, I draw on motivational interviewing, 12-step reinforcement, narrative therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, among other tools. I believe in offering practical strategies, compassionate guidance, and steady encouragement — the combination that actually creates sustainable change, rather than quick fixes that don't last.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, intuitive, and refreshingly out-of-the-box first session. We'll identify what's most pressing for you right now, explore what's possible, and begin building a plan for lasting recovery and well-being.

There's no judgment and no rigid script — just a real conversation and a clear path forward that fits your life.
