I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I particularly enjoy working with individuals with anxiety and depression and those working on self-acceptance. I also enjoy doing work from a faith-based perspective, when asked.

I believe life is about finding joy in the journey; not so much about reaching a destination, but about the in-between. I want to meet you right where you are, fully accepted and welcomed. But if you're ready, I want to jump into the journey with you and help you explore, grow, become!

In a warm, accepting and collaborative environment, I will help you develop goals that are relevant to not only where you are now, but where you want to be a few weeks or months down the road. I want to help you get a vision for what's ahead, but also enjoy the process of getting there as well.
