Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 12 years of experience supporting high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and the lasting impact of stress or trauma. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and performance-related challenges, helping clients reclaim a sense of clarity, control, and calm in their lives. My style is direct but compassionate, with a strong focus on practical methods that create meaningful change. I don't take it lightly that you are choosing to give up an hour to create change in your life.

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative, results-oriented approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies. I also bring a trauma-informed lens to my work, helping clients safely process difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed.

You won’t just vent in our sessions—you’ll gain clarity on the patterns holding you back, develop practical ways of handling your struggles more effectively, and begin shifting into the version of yourself that you know you are meant to be. Whether we’re working through trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout, my goal is always to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control. You can expect a supportive space that’s both validating and direct. I work collaboratively with you to make sense of what you’re feeling while also helping you move forward with tangible tools.

Whether it’s setting better boundaries, reducing anxious overthinking, or finding your voice in relationships or leadership roles, we’ll focus on creating real change that supports the life you want to build, not just the one you’re surviving.
